Some very good questions...I would like to hear explanations about the recent O/S increase also.

I have a question for everyone..."What is the purpose of the company going public and issuing shares in the first place if they can never be used?"

I don't care if shares are used "responsibly" to keep the company going, and hopefully to keep it growing. When the 2008 10k was filed last year it should have been obvious to anyone who read it that they would need to use shares to keep this company going forward. People should have gotten out last year if it that is such a big issue for them.

What concerns me is the conflicting statement about O/S being reduced last month when it has actually gone up. I never saw the 5m share redcution...not even temporarily. The increase on the other hand is quite apparent. Expecting...waiting for explanation from the company.
