Who cares? It never had anything to do with SLJB Nevada.

The corporate shell game was a significant part of the scam and that's reflected in the allegations of the OSC, probably
more so than the RCMP fraud charges. SLJB (Nevada) is Loftwerks renamed. There is no evidence the Nevada shell company owned by shareholders was ever merged with any other company. There were several Ontario incorporated companies with Sulja in the name. According to Steve Sulja, Sulja Bros. Building Supplies (Ontario) was owned by the Sulja family (principally John Sulja Sr.) and sold its accounts payable and receivable to another Ontario incorporated company, Sulja Building Supplies, set up by Vucicevich. Sulja Building Supplies went into receivership. The SAM company also sold its accounts payable and receivable (no land or buildings), but which Sulja company did they sell those assets to? It's not proven yet, but most likely they also sold those assets to Vucicevich's Sulja Building Supplies. The two original partners in SAMs never challenged the Windsor Star story about the true nature of the SAM transaction. According to the land title records for the Sulja property in Harrow and the SAM property on County Road 17, none of the lands changed title. John Sulja Sr. is still the principal owner of the former lumberyard property near Harrow. It's really a moot point what economic activity takes place on his property (or, more appropriately, as the latest photographs show, doesn't take place). None of it involves SLJB Nevada. Even when SLJB Nevada was putting out press releases, one announced the closing of the Harrow operation and the failed move to Calgary and the unpaid lease bills left behind there. The only other building in the area that had a Sulja name on it was a leased display office in a plaza at the corner of Manning Road and County Road 22 in Tecumseh. That lease expired years ago and there's another company in the space. You cannot buy a 2x4, box of nails or a bag of cement from a company in the Windsor and Essex County area with a Sulja name on the bill.

Ding Dong, the SLJB dynasty is deader than a doornail (which you cannot buy anywhere with a Sulja name on the bill).
