FTW several of us on the FRGY board have been in communication with Rick over the last several months, more of late. He has been pretty consistent with saying that he was going to get the CE removed. His first filings need to be the 2007, you can get a pretty good temperature of the board by just reviewing the last 25 or so post. I have 1 mil shares and the general concensenus is that it will go to about 002 and higher when any financials get filed and Rick completes something he says he is going to do. I'm hoping for something by the middle of the week. GLTY
