The forward plan is to evaluate the well results, re-calibrate the seismic interpretation, and update the geologic model with the aim of calculating the volume of hydrocarbons in place. This process will take several months.

Commerciality is dependant upon many factors. Arguably the most important are volumes of hydrocarbons, price achieved for the hydrocarbons, cost of development, fiscal regime, and timing to first sales. A decision for the next Phase may be made in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2010.

And Dan said what YankeMike already mentioned:

At the present rate, ERHC has funds to last more than five years. So if you are asking if Peter is worried it will take more than five years to analyze the data, I would say no. We are not providing guidance on the analysis, including how much is done and how much is left to do. The Company is not myopically focused on the analysis of data. It is executing its business strategy, which incidentally is designed to diversify the Company’s assets and realize the revenue producing benefits of near-term production.
