I think next week will tell us for sure what is going to happen.
Obviously if I am dent and with reverse split my stock is worth only 85 cents i cant do much enticing or promoting of my company and there will be no institutional buying at that price. If I was in his shoes and looking to do legitimate business I would have lined up some buyer or something to come in the week before the reverse split to drive the price up to make legitimacy to the company and maybe even make some type of important announcement during that week. I dont know if this sounds stupid but it is just a thought.
