You make good points. I would have thought this to be over already. And I agree with your assesment of Monte. And guys like you that never give up made America great, and I hope it stays that way. But that is another fight which I am active in. And I have faith, I am active in my church. I always root for the good guys.
Where we differ is minor. This is just another stock to me. I will follow both XI and XN and whoever else might end up with Nicosan. I believe someday IF this is proven to be safe, then I will again invest and believe and support. I don't think dragging a bunch of bad debt forward is the proper way.
Without Pandey, why not start a new company with Monte at the helm and no real debt? You guys sell what you can for what you can. All of you buy certificates in the newly formed corporation. I believe somebody has a NOBO? Notify each stock owner and give them a chance to take a one to one ratio of old stock to new certificates? Then go IPO later?
