Any one that has been to Nicaraqua would be impressed with this hotel. Nicaraqua is probably where Costa Rica was 20 years ago. An up and coming Central American country wanting to promote their country and attract more tourism. Seems to be on the ground floor of new residential and commercial developements especially along the Pacific Coast, from San Juan Del Sur and north.

I digress, You are not going to find a ton of 5 star resorts or casino's in the whole country in less they have been built very recently. The Best Western near the airport use to be one of the nicer hotels in Manaqua and the Beneficial looks nicer than that.
