For what it's worth, I signed up on their site today to receive updates for shareholders. When I received the email I noticed it was sent from polaris and Toby Cohantz. I looked him up and found out that his office is in my town, literally about 5 minutes from my condo. Anyway, I sent him an email asking why exactly his name was also attached to the confirmation email and his affiliation with Polaris. I apologize if this info has been posted before..

Tim, I have known the CEO of Polaris for over 6 years now. Polaris was created to embody two companies currently in operations in Japan that are providing IT outsourcing to their clients in the finance vertical. There are plans underway for additional acquisitions here in the U.S. in that same vertical. I have met several of the executive team from those companies in Japan and they are highly qualified and experienced individuals. With all of the downturns in the market, these two companies have held their ground solidly.

The reason that the confirmation comes from both the Company and myself is that I facilitated and monitor the signup for the newsletter. I too am a shareholder of Polaris. The CEO is a very tenacious and high integrity individual. I trust that we are both in good hands.
