Also of note; I seem to recall seeing something in the last 10Q that indicated they were still in need of the funds to make make this corporate filing come to pass. Well; it looks like they've got the money now (or at least enough to make 'this' happen anyway). Whatever the case....there's no doubt that....we're marching 'forward' again.

Now I'm off to see if I can find a separate corporate listing for Solterra (not on the Nevada site....not 'yet' anyway). May be in Connecticut or a foreign listing somewhere. I smell a favorable stock-split coming IMO.
