Here's what he said two days ago:
"No Bob. No conspiracy. I think the SEC ruled appropriately that they feel counsel for the public represents the citizens of Berlin and I think they will by ultimately denying the certificate for many many reasons. I respect their decisions and believe it's good news to see that all other intervenor petitions were granted. I consider this a big win for the area and for the citizens of Coos county. The SEC is clearly showing they will protect NH businesses and NH citizens and chose not to single out one citizen as having any more importance than other citizens and I think that was an appropriate decision for them to make. If you think this means I go away, however, you're sadly mistaken.
