I don't think they screwed anything up, I'm sure they go MM's on board like Cisco says, they planed on finishing the reports so it could start trading. But the filings could be taking a bit long than expected. So the MM has left and will return when the filings are closer to being taken care of....

Or its all a giant lie and EPRO has failed....

I prefer to believe the first. Alot of set backs, but in time it will get worked out.. If not it doesn't matter much anymore with the losses most of us have :)

As for not having any MM's I remember seeing 3 on OTC Markets. So I'm sure they did File atleast.
