The case against them has already been tried in the court of public opinion and they have mounted absolutely no defense.

Verdict - guilty on all counts of corporate incompetence.

Penalty - @ $60 million in mkt. cap vaporized.

At this point I almost don't even care if there's any criminality involved. Being that inept when you've got 70 million shares of your company publically traded is a crime.
