What's the point of the shareholder's meeting again? To vote?
Why isn't it open to everyone and the media like he originally promised? If say, a TV news crew arrived, would they be turned away? I bet they'd stay outside for shareholder interviews. How would that look being broadcast on the news that evening? Financial frauds are of great interest in the NY viewing area.
Why is the location still secret if 200-300 shareholders have already toured? None of these people post, yet message boards are the only place these folks could have learned of the company in the first place.
What happened to following through on everything? QA concall, respectable auditors, uplisting, Islechem report release....
