A few rules of the road here to follow.

This is not a pumper/basher board. This is a board meant to discuss the merits of cases brought against message board posters by penny stock companies. The intent here is to post DD and discuss that information. Feel free to post court documents and any other documents/information pertinent to the case.

The discussion here is going to be about the information, the cases, the motions, the rulings and the results. It is not going to be about the people who post that information or any other subject I determine to be "off topic".

Keep it clean and keep the conversation here on the right path. The purpose of the board is to bring attention to these attempts at exposing online critics of penny stocks.

Are the suits legitimate? Do they have merit? Or, are they simply an attempt to intimidate, harass and silence criticism as well as violate ones right to speak freely and anonymously?
