Q & A Session: Bring your Q's

I will forward these to John when the session is scheduled. Some Q's may get addressed before the session is held, and I will drop them if that is the case.

Q's

Plastic to oil:

Has IsleChem completed its certification on a full size production processor?

When will the Islechem report be made public? Will it contain enough technical data to counter the naysayers?

Why did IsleChem take much longer than first expected? What were the difficulties, and how were they overcome?

Does IsleClem have our only running processor?

How much fuel has been produced by the processor? Is production meeting estimates?

When can we expect to see revenues from P2O?

When is it expected that the first JV(not company owned) site will be in full production?

Will a franchise pay the full franchise fee upfront, or do you need to supply the processors first?

When will you ramp up into steady production of your P2O processors?

Explain the process of building and installing a P2O processor. In the near term(next 6 months), what capacity do you have to build and install processors? In other words, how many could you build and install per month? Do you have local sources to produce processors, or will you still be importing from China?

Can you please explain the Florida ADA in further detail? What is Al Sousa's role? Is he just brokering deals? It would be good to hear from Al Sousa directly about the P2O progress in Florida. When can we expect something from him?

Do you have any plastic supply agreements signed?

Can you explain more about your efforts in Washington D.C.? Why was that PR taken down?

Are you working with the EPA?

Please summarize where you are in developing additional P2O sites around the country. What are the top half dozen states you want to target as far as getting sites up and running as soon as possible?

Does the permitting process differ materially from state to state? Do you expect any significant hurdles in the permitting process?

Do you plan to seek patent protection on any aspect of the catalyst process? If not, please explain why not?

Are you trying to build partnerships with Waste Management to roll out P2O? Are you trying or interested in partnerships with companies that would bring instant credibility to the P2O division?

How many days a week do you foresee P2O sites running the processor?

Will there be scheduled down times for the processor? What risks are out there that would cause a site to shut down a processor? What kind of maintenance do you foresee?

Talk about the security that might be needed at each site.

How is JBI's cash situation, currently? Do you have enough money to fund operations and expand the P2O division? What are your most up to date plans for financing the P2O land and sea rush?

Does the P2O Sea Division face less stringent regulatory and taxation laws?

Do you believe that tax credits and incentives will be granted to JBI for P2O?

Is the catalyst still very cheap to produce(you mentioned having to change it a bit with IsleChem)?

Do you have the capacity, or will you soon have the capacity to produce enough catalyst for many P2O sites? Explain the difficulty or ease of producing the catalyst.

Do you believe the catalyst is difficult to reverse engineer?

PakIt:

When are the PakIt infomercials set to air?

Have you solved the sporadic leakage problem with Pak-it products?

Misc:

When can we expect to hear from an exchange about the uplist? Have their been any obstacles to the uplist?

What are you doing to ensure your organization has a healthy communications and administration infrastructure in your fast growing company? Can you assure us that you can capably manage this growth?

Will you be able to devote the necessary time to P2O with the demands and needs of NASA, MIT, and other tape clients?

How challenging has it been for someone like yourself to go from a very small private company to a publicly traded company with over 50 employees and several business units? Tell us about that learning experience.

What will be the primary use for the media credits?

Will you disclose the details of your preferred shares?
