I wonder if the intentions of the board was to pin all their hopes on the appreciation of the stock based on speculation of a great product and a business plan but never really intending to accually produce, sell, or manage the cryoport shipping business?
When the offering was squashed, It came as a complete suprise and LS suddenly found himself in a position of needing to actually run a company to show a profit instead of pie in the sky.
