because he thought it was going lower then...Bottomline is he has NO IDEA about inside Information at CCTC and hence has no idea when releases will hit the market to run the stock up. For example - the big check from India could get released at anytime? You want to be on the outside still considering a buy or would you like to already own it before hand? If you like the story of CCTC then this is a very good entry price for you - I'd buy all you could get at .14
