thats because this board is focusing so much on the 350, they leave no intrest for the tens of other great things happening here.. what people dont understant is, whether the lender is willing to give this or not, there is always another lender that will LOVE to invest there money here. think about it. even the bears admit that if all these rumors about the JV and the 9 AQ potentials were in fact true(there is no doubt in my mind they arnt) then this could really be a Conglomrate. Money is no issue! its just time.! and as for the pps, i swear people will be yanking their hair out from regret after seeing this at at least a dollar imo. by the way, my dd tells me this is no less then a 1.50 sell. AT LEAST. so when mentioning that number, does it really matter to anyone if it takes a few more months. shit i would wait a 2 years if i have to.
