Sure it's done all the time IMO, but the point is they didn't need to stage a crappy CC to accomplish that feat. They put out BS news releases to pump the price up, then whenever they decide to chsh in they short hundreds of millions of shares, then cover with paper. My response was to the poster that felt they intentionaly had a sorry CC so the price would fall for the potential buyer to load up with cheap shares.

When volume is as high as it was here they have the best of both world lol. They sell paper into the pump on the way up, then short at the top,and cover at the bottom with more paper. My question is why would anyone who thinks the company would pull stunts like this believe the buyout is real?
