1.) San Juan Cap is where the problems started. Behl could not keep operations going because The owner of the land did not keep up on payments due to economic downturn. Behl was going to purchase but way too much so the search for a new HQ began.

I remember a post on the brd as a result of a conv someone had w/ DF several months ago. And my impression was that DF was still pursuing SJC because "the property owner hadnt paid his note ?" It seemed to me DF was still chasing the opportunity of getting his hands on that property unless he has abandoned the idea by now.
