If not a three-way merger, GOIG snagged the canidate from UWRL.
HENDERSON, NV, March 21 - US Wireless Online, Inc. (UWRL; www.uswirelesscorporation.com/) is currently in final discussion stages with a USA based start up cell phone recycling company. In 2007, the U.S. produced more than 2.25 million tons of e-waste – TVs, Computer products, and Cell Phones. The EPA estimates that more than 235 million pieces were (stored) stockpiled in the United States in 2007. For cell phones, their average life span is 12 to 18 months and the EPA estimates more than 1 billion cell phones will be sold in 2009. This will be the secondary merger candidate with UWRL. The primary merger candidate is a China based company with significant assets and revenues. More details will be provided shortly on both targeted mergers.
