Not much in the short/medium term in terms of excitement. However, in the medium/long term the sale could be an ENORMOUS factor into the eventual PPS.

Think about the added value to the company from having cash on hand (from this sale) instead of needing to further dilute or offer other financing. It also provides cash to explore Manyoni more quickly. In this sense, the sale of Singida could have a HUGE impact in that it will pave the way, financially, for this company to explore it's biggest and best asset by the end of the year.

Just my 2 cents.
