TDA won’t let me buy this stock. I just got off the phone with them. It used to be that you couldn’t buy online and you had to phone it in. Now you can’t even call it in. They’re taking no opening transactions at all on this stock. The rep said it was a decision made by the risk management department. I talked to a supervisor and she confirmed it. She wouldn’t indicate the reasons why risk management will not allow this stock to be purchased. She said she is not privy to this info. Unbelievable. She gave examples which mostly have to do with fraudulent activity. I asked her if being short of certs had anything to do with it. She said she doesn’t believe so. Anyone else with this problem? I can’t believe I actually wanted to buy this POS and TD Ameritrade won’t let me.

Sorry if this is old news. I don’t come here very often anymore and had to vent.
