He should call SPNG too, maybe they'd tell him that the Well's Notice and all the lawsuits are false.

I'll buy JBII for 25.00$, I don't know about you but 200 million seems a little high. Maybe I should call the company and ask why there market cap is so high with only 30,000$ in volume today.
