OK Cal let me see if I understand this process:

The specific number of product units that Matthews will manufacture and sell to the Company during a contract year is as follows:
a. 250 Star Trek Urns (which Product and design have been previously approved);
b. 720 Vatican Observatory Urns;
c. 200 Vatican Observatory bronze memorial pieces; and
d. 2,000 Vatican Observatory caskets.

I understand that during the course of a contract YEAR that Matthews will sell this number of products to EI, ok got it.

The specific number of products that Matthews will repurchase from the Company during a contract year per quarter is: a. 62 Star Trek Urns (plus an additional 2 units in the fourth quarter);
b. 180 Vatican Observatory Urns;
c. 50 Vatican Observatory bronze memorial pieces; and
d. 500 Vatican Observatory caskets.

Here is where it gets tricky doesn't it since these are quarterly numbers. Oh wait I think I may have figured this out. Since these numbers are quarterly if one was to use superior math skills they would multiply these numbers by 4. Ok I whipped out the calculator and did the math and you know what I found out? Lo and behold the numbers for the products that Matthews is selling to EI is exactly equal to the number of products that they are buying back from EI.
Touch concept to master buy I think I have got it now. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but if I can understand it then I guess almost anyone should be able to figure it out.
