I have no opinion on Glenn McMachen, but to suggest he is "preserving the shareholders" is a bit of a stretch when the deal just issued around 3.5 BILLION new shares, diluting the existing shareholders by upping the O/S by a factor of ten, isn't it?

And I'm still not seeing anything that says "Sterling" has any listings, assets or anything else. Glenn McMachen's old listings with another company just show he's been in the business, they may or may not come over to the new company. None of the PR says they have any assets, contracts, listings or the like, or did I miss that?
