If you applying that to buy and hold principles I guess.

I am not into that.
I am a lot slower to enter a stock then I am to exit it.

I will spend $10 to save a $100. When money is put in to my account that's where I want it to stay.

IF you buy a stock @.01 and it then goes to .10 and you did not sell it. And it's now @.05.
