Apparently you have not done very much DD on the trends in the funeral industry towards personalization.
You are misunderstanding how this process will work. What will happen is that Matthews will manufacture the products ship them to the thousands of their funeral homes around the country and they will send Eternal Image a check minus fees. Now you can read into it that Matthews will be selling to Eternal Image and then buying back a certain number of products but in my opinion EI will never be sending any checks to Matthews or dictating how much product will be produced. Matthews is contractually obligated to buy the minimum number of products per quarter but will have the option of producing more as sales warrant.
