Honestly I had heard about JB a year or two ago with the tape business, TRTN/310 and their threats of lawsuits against detractors - but didn't put it all together that this was the same group until after that PR flurry on Feb. 12.

It's an interesting story that should play out pretty soon. No one knows for sure when Kidd's 2.5 million shares will be free-trading (I'm thinking they already are), but I'm pretty sure he won't still be holding by the time the restrictions come off the 10 million PIPE shares. Only questions left are how high the PPS can be pumped and what's going to happen to try and drum up buying interest. Fun times!
