The reason this stock can't flourish and has been going on for years

1) MM drive this down on every opportunity, absurd bids and ask
2) They have donated millions of shares and Joe has tons, he keeps unloading them on any positive rally
3) There are no new investors for this POS, no matter how many PR they put, Sam has failed miserably to attract new investors. Hence with few hundred K buys this won't go up, on the contrary Joe and other board members who got this cheap sell on any pop, why do you think this crap is stuck for 0.006 for months and gone nowhere, it can't even cross 0.01 !!!! with all the so called great news !
4) the penny stock promotion failed miserbaly and
Sam donated 350K shares for one time promotion, what a sad story. 5) Sam has no clout or image, hence no big investors are coming forward

This is all fact and that no one can deny, most here easily ignore it
