I hate to sound impatience but is CDIV going to make its move? I would love to be able to go to Portland to attend a seminar (and finally meet a friend face-to-face) AND thinking about going to Texas in JULY is not high on my list of thing I need to do (been there in the summer...enough said), so...

thanks...and I know this has been asked before but I would really like to see what everyone is so excited about.
