Well, If the forward split was meant to generate liquidity. I guess that means the company doesn't see the need too, or generate liquidity by the means of a F/S. And I personally don't see a downside either of maintaining the tight Share Structure. Besides I personally am glad the F/S did not occur. Reason being is that when I first heard about the F/S, I immediately looked at other stocks that recently had a F/S occur. I also tracked stocks that were scheduled to do a F/S also after Mevt's F/S was announced. What I found was that in all these cases the share price actually suffered. And suffered quite considerably. So I was rather content with the company not going forward with the F/S.
