Andrew, the psychology can only be harmful if someone gives them reason to doubt. I know you understand why you are in CDIV, but your suggestions which are slightly negative, although understandable, might not help someone sitting on the fence and not knowing what they are holding.

Try to look more at the positive side and what the Den has done with CDIV to date. There's much more to come, imo......
