In my communication with The RRC, they stated that the well was re-entered in August 2006, fraced in 2007. No permit was issued to deepen the well, no completion filed, no allowable and was shut in on 2-11-2010 and there were two tanks on the location. There you have it, they were more than willing to help with questions.

So since no work was done on the well recently, the title to the lease could really be in question now. The lease states commencing drilling or reworking operations. Without a permit or any work done by Bulldog, the lease may not even be valid. GSRE needs to clear up this title so the only asset is not lost.
