Keep in mind that aside from our lockdown endeavors, CDIV has a business to run. Like most pink sheet companies, in the absence of strong revenues, most pink sheets get revenue to grow their business through the sale of stock. I think they've been very prudent and patient in waiting to take advantage of the stock's current inflation in order to monetize their shares. Had they done this at much lower levels, the dilution to shareholders would be several multiples more and we probably wouldn't have seen the price appreciation we've had thus far. Plus it would've taken far longer to lockdown the float if they sold shares a few months back.

One might argue that they should wait for the short squeeze to occur before selling stock, but that is self-serving and naive on shareholders' part as I don't believe company management is in the game of timing short squeezes to build out their business.

This is an ordinary course of doing business and if the MMs are short as many million of shares as has been reported, then these 3 million shares should be absorbed pretty quickly. For all we know, the MMs are probably relieved that they can cover 3 million shares now. I imagine the MMs will use this event to their advantage to shake more shares loose from retail. Those of us who are in for the lockdown will be buying the dip.
