ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 2004--ENVIROKARE TECH INC. (OTCBB:ENVK - News), announced today that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NOVA Chemicals Inc., a leading producer of plastics and chemicals. The companies are currently negotiating definitive agreements to form a joint venture for the purpose of commercializing new Thermoplastic Flow forming (TPF(TM)) technology.
Envirokare is the marketer of state-of-the-art TPF composite technology . The proprietary TPF process features an automated low-pressure material delivery system, providing high long strand survivability rates in part forming of long-fiber reinforced large structural parts. The TPF process enables the molding of very large, long fiber reinforced plastic composite parts with enhanced engineering properties such as increased stiffness and rigidity. Parts weighing hundreds of pounds and as long as 20 feet can be cost effectively molded using this proprietary process.
