SWME Buyout/Merger Candidate



Remember PinkInvestor's post about Natural Care posssibly being the buyer? And Natural Care mentioned in the DD Sticky Post?

Well Natural Care also has very similar products as Swiss Medica on Amazon. Natural Care has 102 Health & Personal Care products for sale on Amazon.

Now a possible buyout/merger of these 2 companies really starts to make sense because Swiss Medica and Natural Care both have very similar product lines, both sell on Amazon, both have very similar Distribution Networks.

In fact, go to link below, you will see Natural Care and Swiss Medica products both mixed together in the same Category of "Health Aids".
(Remember, Swiss Medica only had 1 item left in stock and might be gone by morning, trust me, was there last night)

Lastly, I did a search on Natural Care's website, for a Natural Care store in my area. I kind of live in the boonies, about 20 miles from a town with population of 125,000. To my surprise there are about 20 Natural Care store locations (or stores that carry their product) within 50 miles of my home.

My point is these 2 companies fit together so well, a Buyout/Merger really makes sense. With many Natural Care store locations, and 120 products for sale on Amazon, Natural Care seems to be a fairly large company. Any Buyout/Merger of these 2 companies would reward (SWME) shareholders nicely.
