AMA, this idea might just be a good compromise as long as every party involved can see positive return on investment soon, especially the CC and the Basu investors in the new XKEM. There will undoubtedly be much more dilution but a new XKEM with good balance sheet briskly selling Nicosan can be worth a lot more in due time. Consequently, everyone will benefit from having a piece of the "growing" pie.
