Anyone tell me:
1. What will happen to Tom and his family own large quantity of the shares and have never sold any ? Will he and his family will sell or have to wait until 20 days more to April 30 closing date?
2. I'm confused with 20 days from March 16 to April 10 ??? and now 20 days from today to April 30??? Can someone explain? Thanks.
