They own shares because its a performance based incentive structure. But look, the idea that I think most here had was that the Boralyn and Thresher were the star of this show.

It turns out HighWater is? That wouldn't be great imo.

HighWater is paid to get that stock price higher and generate money for the execs at Thresher -they're not hired to find buyers for the company...that's a whole other industry.
