TELT....obviously with the New York Department of Education (the largest school district in the country) making up 50% of revenues in 2009, the e-rate funding for schools and libraries is very important to TELT. The good thing (as alluded to by CEO) is that e-rate funding for 2010 includes, for the first time, the eligibility of funds to be spent more freely on VOIP. The first wave of funding should be going out the end of April or so.
