Thank you for your concern about the stock price. We were also concerned about the decline in the price of hccf stock however, in doing some research we have found that shorting has taken place. Press releases referencing this were sent out on December 3rd and 6th. Our press releases can be found on our website at www.hee-corp.com. As of right now we have no plans for new shares, forward or reverse splits. I would be interested in your publicly available sources…our most recent NOBO list shows 43+ Million in float and I have been told the outstanding shares are at 200 Million.
