That is another lie because in a previous PR they said the deal was already approved by the shareholders and that they didn't needed another approval.

All lies !!

Next PR will be some more predictions with contradictions (sorry, maybe that word is incorrect but i am from Belgium ) ...
When things become clear for most people, PPS will sink like a cake and you'll probably wont hear from them again.

This is a scam like we saw with PGYC and EESO . Same scenario !!
