MLON: Below is the reply from my business partner in China. He is an international attorney and has lived in ShenZhen for the past 5 years and has 5 Chinese lawyers on his staff.

If someone can get a Mellon contact name in China I will have him do more DD there.

Hi Bill,

If they have a virtual office in China, they are most likely not a legitimate company here. There are no virtual offices here in China as they are not allowed under Chinese law as a business address . Short term business offices are used by travelling businessmen for doing deals on a day to day, or week to week business. But if somebody is telling you they have an entity in China, and are giving you a 'virtual office' as an address, then it's pretty sure that they are not really here.

We can call the office and see if there is a real person that answers the phone. Does Wall St Securities list a contact name in China that we should ask for when we call?

Also, if they note that they are a company in China, have them send us their "Business Registration Certificate" in China, and we can do a quick translation for you. If they do not have a 'business registration certificate' they are not registered here and thus do not exist here. Let's see if they will fax their corporate docs to us...?

Thanks,
