MediaG3 is expand the company's portfolio of products and services. Continued growth in the national roll out of Wimax and the company will begin offering products, services and technology under the Wytec brand to make broadband bi-directional communications possible in vast areas lacking fixed or wireless infrastructures. MediaG3's product portfolio applications and services enable commercial customers to offer interactive TV and broadband Internet access at a significantly reduced cost. MediaG3's unique technologies are protected by five US patents, one European patent and one Chinese patent.
Imperial Wireless is developing and marketing wireless services in the US. With a well-defined business strategy, the company is offering internet access and internet service with fixed and mobile wireless broadband, internet phone, and WiMAX services throughout the US. As an established ISP (Internet Services Provider) with wireless broadband services, mobile broadband services, Wimax and Internet phone (VoIP) services, under distribution agreements with multiple established national broadband services providers. In addition, Imperial Wireless will soon offer IPTV services, cloud applications and several mobile Internet devices. It is expected that the market opportunity available to the company will exceed $300 million in broadband and mobile internet services over the next 3 years.
Wytec well known for their key US point to multi-point communications patents, will offer millimeter wave and wireless technology licensing, cost effictive point to multi-point wireless broadband equipment, and superior rf and millimeter engineering and consulting.

Mg3 wireless has several significant competitive advantages:
•delivers true bandwidth-on-demand for user sector with higher available per-user bandwidth. The total bandwidth available per sector is dynamically allocated and prioritized for the users in that sector.
•offers frequency re-use factor of unity. mg3 wireless is more efficient and cost effective, since adjacent deployed cells do not need to use different frequency sets to avoid interference. This reduces deployment planning costs, and reduces hardware costs since only one set of frequencies needs to be supported and only one version of RF hardware needs to be manufactured
•enables a very low cost customer premises equipment (CPE).
•supports greater bandwidth (100Mbps downstream and 80Mbps up stream) for high speed internet to fixed sites and wireless services.
•provides solid backhaul for WiMAX and other mobile data systems.
•proven to be most reliable. After more than two years of field tests, mg3 wireless is certified by the Chinese government and is the only LMDS system chosen by the Philippines government and broadband wireless integrators.
Through a partnership with China's Academy of Broadcasting Science (ABS), a division of the central government State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), MediaG3 is bringing mg3 wireless for interactive TV coverage and high speed Internet connectivity to more than one billion Chinese residents who dwell in suburban and rural areas where landline implementation is cost prohibitive.
mg3 wireless is a bi-directional broadband system that is highly effective, economical and scalable for vast areas where lack of fixed or wireless infrastructure prevails. mg3 wireless can be customized to operate on a specific radio frequency anywhere between 24 GHz and 43 GHz, and broadcasts point-to-multipoint with 90 degree coverage per sector at up to 100MB downstream and 80MB upstream speeds.
mg3 technologies and products have been granted five U.S. patents, one Chinese patent, one European patent, and the company maintains three critical network certifications for wireless operations in China.
