I think quite often we lose sight of a simple principle. Despite the somewhat unusual and complicated " formula " stipulated under the DIMEQ Warrant Agreement, WAMU could transfer to JPM only what WAMU owned . MY contention ( as a Warrant holder )and interpretation is that WAMU only owned ( by succession ) the right to manage the Litigation on behalf of the Warrant holders , in exchange for 15% of the litigation proceeds after attorney's fees and other litigation costs. DIMEQ holders' rights did not change after the transfer of the litigation to JPM- only the formula for determining the form, by which DIMEQ holders will realize their litigation proceeds. AJMO
