I'm not sure about you're latter questions and I've been wondering the same thing. Hopefully somebody can and will answer that. I should study it, never thought that I would need to know those things but I should and will do it when I have more time. If I'm going to invest and trade down here, I personally should know all of the rules and requirements, imo. So, I will learn.
