Three things that will further destroy credibility in the CC today, and things that need to be watched for is:

1) We have a non-disclosure statement and therefore can't release the buyers name at this time.

2) If the buyer is a foriegn company/interprise/conglomerate that is not readily verifiable.

3) We have since recieved other offers for different companies that we are considering.

All of these senieros are an attempt to complete maxing out the OS.

I hope I'm wrong, and everyone gets rich but be on the lookout for any of these delay tactics.
