Do you have Scott Trade, if so, it's normal for them. They are NITE, they like to keep stuff for themselves, and they know statistically that a lot of people just buy something else and don't call. They (NITE, same as ScottTrade)do a lot of dubious (but legal enough) shorting, covering shorts, and trading of pinkies and don't allow the normal retailer to get in on it.
