I agree!

We recently see some PR's announcing contracts!
We see an updated web site listing bids that they are pursuing!
We get a management restructuring annoucement today!

Writing on the wall that she is waking up and moving forward?

IMO ... very well worth the risk at these prices!

What we need now is a solid contract announcement showing us the Money!!!!!
